    Helping Hands is an elementary volunteer service organization for 4th and 5th graders in the Lower Dauphin School District. At South Hanover, Mrs. Kalloz, the School Counselor, coordinates the activities throughout the year for this program. Students are involved in school activities as well as community service events.
