Curriculum Guide
Course Title: Sociology Subject: Social Studies Grade Level(s): 9-12 Synopsis of Curriculum
This course is designed to explore basic principles and theories of sociology. Topics including culture, social stratification, population, urbanization, social control, deviance, collective behavior, social change, and social movements will be discussed as well as social questions based on how people are members of particular groups.
